Best IRC networks / channels for mindless fun?

I'm looking for some active IRC communities that are pretty much free-
for-alls and general bullshittery. No "stay on topic" or "no insults"
type of channels, etc. Just looking for a few channels to go nuts in
and kill the boredom.

Hello! Checkout [Snoonet](https://snoonet.org), an IRC network
dedicated to redditors. We have a [Community
Listing](https://snoonet.org/communities) with some of our channels.
My personal favorites are [#mnfh](https://webchat.snoonet.org/mnfh),
[casualconversation](https://webchat.snoonet.org/casualconversation),
and [#TrollChromosomes](https://webchat.snoonet.org/TrollChromosomes).

You can join via our [webchat](https://webchat.snoonet.org/) or in
your client with `irc.snoonet.org +6697 (SSL)`. Our full channel list
can be viewed with `/list`.

Hope to see you there!

I'll second the suggestion of the casual conversation IRC. I'll
generally jump on weekend nights and I've seen nothing but general
bullshittery going on with a decent amount of users.
