Is there a way to incorporate (embed) an IRC channel within a
wordpress blog?
reddit / irc

The easiest way to do this would just to embed an iframe with a web
client. I personally recommend [KiwiIRC](https://kiwiirc.com/), and
they have a [page](https://kiwiirc.com/embedding) that lets you
generate the code you need to embed the chat client.

I have written a couple of plugins for this actually
[wp-kiwiirc](https://github.com/xnite/wp-kiwiirc) & [wp-
mibbit](https://github.com/xnite/wp-mibbit)

Also if you are interested in embedding statistics I would appreciate
if you checked out [wp-ircsource-graphs](https://github.com/xnite/wp-
ircsource-graphs) (stats provided by [IRC-Source](https://irc-source.c
