So today I spent the time in Nodejs making a bot for IRC that creates
logs of an IRC channel(s) it is logged to, as well as process
commands.

That's just the base, it can do a lot more than that, and it was made
to be expandable, feel free to use this tool, it's open source and
under the WTFPL license.

Not sure what this brings to the table that literally any other bot
doesn't. This one is particularly primitive and doesn't even offer any
tools like autoloading, or an api.

It does! It's a setup and very expandable. Did you read the README
file? You could set this up to do a lot, in minutes..
