Is there a program that bridges one skype account to one (home-ran)
IRC server? I'm imagining each contact would be a different #room or
PM. And only one real user would be using this server (yourself).

If this doesn't exist, I know some python but don't know where to
start.

If your wondering why I would want this, why wouldnt I want this?
Skype from any device, on my ZNC, inside my IRC clients :D.

Not even need to install anything, there is an official server hosted
by them.
