Irssi and Freenode SSL

Solved - went though client certificate steps on the arch wiki again
and this time it worked, not sure what I did the first time


I'm having an issue getting irssi to connect to freenode over ssl on
my server running fedora. I can't replicate the issue on my laptop
with arch on it and I can connect on the server with weechat no
problem.

When I try to connect I get...

I've tried defining the certificate path like the arch wiki suggests

    /server add -auto -ssl -ssl_verify -ssl_capath /etc/ssl/certs
-network freenode -port 6697 chat.freenode.net

I'm fairly unfamiliar with all of this and I've been doing some
googling without much success.  Can anyone point me in the right
direction?  I suppose I could just use weechat but I'm already pretty
comfortable with irssi and have it configured already.

Maybe you don't have the matching root certificate in `/etc/ssl/certs`
to begin with?
