good change, opers should be cloaking IP's on join (notable
exception:Freenode, but hostcloak is free)

I had a lot of abuse from kiwi, so I had to sign up and get a module
in place that allows us to check the true origin, which requires
signing up to kiwi. Although, they haven't abused the info we gave
them and it was generally painless.

+1 for kiwi.
