Textual App Not Seeing Notice Messages

Hi all,

I'm new to the IRC scene. I started using the textual app as it's easy
on the eyes, however I'm not seeing the bot's notice messages.

For example, when I'm playing uno, and type @cards, it doesn't show my
hand. Or when I type !unohelp the text that's supposed to show up,
doesn't.

If I go directly to the IRC website chat room, all of that shows up
just fine.

It's irc.torn.com for reference.

Sounds like an issue with your IRC client. Try using another one?

Check the tab for the server rather than the room, the notices
probably went there. There might be a setting for this but I can't
remember and don't have my mac handy.
