What is a good chatter bot in IRC to run from Linux?

So far, my friends and I tried Cleverbot (online), Alice (online),
SeeBorg, Howie, and Rbot (markov). Are there any more? Some of these
chatter bots are very outdated and don't work in modern setups. :(

Speaking of Cleverbot and Alice, are there any ways to run locally
without haivng them to connect to their servers to communicate? Rbot's
markov does it locally and learns from the chatrooms.

Lots of experience with bots but not chatter bots. What I see most
people do is run limnoria with the clever bot plugin
