likely a lame pre req for some warez chan that forces users to join a
separate chat only channel to be able to leech from the main chan

Eh, one of the channels i frequent requires ID on entry, and I'd like
to automate it. I can see why my example might get annoying, but it
was purely an example.

I don't know if HexChat has an auto-perform function (mIRC did, but
I've not used it for years) - but you could probably manage this by
appending your message after your /join for the channel in question.
