Why not use Hexchat?

Ive just preferred XChat since Ive been using it forever and it's
worked for me :/

That's a horrible reason. Hexchat is scores better than Xchat because
it's actually being developed and updated!

If you're on Windows, you don't have to pay for it, unlike Xchat.

Hexchat is functionally the same and you can use themes to make it
feel the same too, which is what I did.

Sounds are really hard to make so there are very few sound themes in
general =\

Yeah but it works. And I payed for it back in 2003 and it still works
fine :/

Yeah and I paid for Xchat a bunch of years ago, but that doesn't mean
I still have to use an outdated POS.
