mIRC Twitch Bot not doing +o

Okay so I have my mIRC bot setup on my twitch chat. It used to work
fine and +o every mod+ that joined

just does nothing at all

Twitch temporarily disabled that and JOIN/PART messages to reduce the
load on their servers during E3. There is a way to re-enable it I
think. I will try and find it.

Edit: It turns out it is completely disabled for E3, and after E3 it
will stay disabled unless you send the command "CAP REQ
:twitch.tv/membership"

It needs to be sent directly to the server. No idea how you do that
with mIRC

/raw CAP REQ :twitch.tv/membership
should do the trick in mIRC
