So ten years or so ago when I was really into online chat and stuff of
that sort, I had 3-4 clients going at any given time. I was deeply
into scripting and all that and I recall one of my trolling clients
being much like mIRC but you could customize everything from drop-down
menus to just select ASCII art, colored text, display what songs you
were playing etc.. It had many many easy options.

I've been away from IRC for quite some time and have forgotten nearly
everything and am looking for this irc client or one like it for ease.
Anyone have any idea?

I don't know about everything else but chatzilla has scripting and
theming.

Sounds like one of those pre=packeged mirc clients

Sounds very similar to the [Invision pack](http://www.i-n-v-i-s-i-
o-n.com/) for mIRC
