Filter mode changes with Hexchat or ZNC

If you've ever used the IRC gateway for Slack, you'll know exactly why
I want this.

Is there something I can use to hide mode changes? I don't
particularly want to switch clients. I'm willing to write my own
plugin/module if need be.

For posterity, in case anyone stumbles across this in the future: I
had to rename the script to `eventtoservertab.pl` and write a file
called `eventtoservertab.conf` which contains the following two lines

    Channel Mode Generic
    Raw Modes

OK, apparently for Slack you can append `-novoice` to your password. I
wish they'd document this :(
