I'm looking for someone that could help find me a bot that could be
modified or someone that is willing to assist in building a bot that
would allow me to interact with RCON for a gameserver I host for a
subreddit community.

We log all chat to a specific IRC channel and would like to be able to
interact with our RCON there as well to do some things as exampled
below.

Run specific commands that would return an output. (like
server.uptime)

Run commands like server.kick "playername" hh/dd "reason"

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to either use punkbuster ucon or monitor the punkbuster
log files (assuming this game is based off of one of the idtech
engines).

There are already a few that exist. Google is your friend.
