Your favorite OS X client?

I've tried them all, personally, and I can't pick one. I wish Hexchat
for OS X was better, and I wish I could get the feel for weechat more,
but what else is there to truly try?

When I used to use OS X,  I have always used Quassel + my Quasselcore.
It of course was also compatible with my Windows, Linux and Android
devices.

Textual 5 is probably the best there is.

If a cross platform client that doesn't perfectly integrate into the
system doesn't bother you, try KVIrc.

I'll try this right now! So far it's loaded my BNC really slow, was
almost scared it'd crash haha.
*update* it did finally crash.

[ERC](http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/ERC) works well for me in OSX and
Linux.

I switch between HexChat and Textual. The former is a better client
imo but it is buggy on OS X. The latter fits in better with the system
though.

No one has mentioned irssi (http://irssi.org) yet? It's probably the
most popular command-line IRC client!

It's in homebrew repository, so installing it is super easy.

Boy I miss Ircle, but Textual has been my go to for years. Quassel is
OK too.

I use mIRC on OSX via crossover app. Only because the scripts I need,
I don't know of any other client who can handle scripting as well as
mirc

IRSSI is the best for sure .. wechat still in infancy .. no themes no
this no that . just a fancy color interface
