I want to hook up all my buddies onto an irc channel to bs and what
not and I want it to be easy for everyone to get into it. I googled
for one but I couldn't find anything,
 thanks.

Irccloud works well for browser, iOS, and Android. It's what I use.

Their free plan is alright but the best way to try enjoy their service
is to drop $5/mo for a subscription.
