A little help needed.

I could use a little bit of help. I'm really new to irc so go in
assuming I know nothing but a handful of things. Is there a way to
make a on text line that only works when a specific person says it?
Like how could I make:

on *:TEXT:test:#:{ msg $chan The test was good! }

Only work for a specific user? Is there any way?

user as well? To make it so it works for more than 1?

You can do it multiple ways.

    on *:text:test:#:{
      if (($nick == KindOne) || ($nick == foobar)) {
        msg $chan The test was good!
      }
    }

or...


    on *:text:test:#:{
      if ($nick == KindOne) {
        msg $chan The test was good!
      }
      if ($nick == foobar) {
        msg $chan The test was good!
      }
    }
