Tor connection to Freenode problem

Hello,

I'm using Kvirc and Tor, everything was ok, but now when I'm trying to
connect to irc.freenode.net it says:
> You are banned from this server- Your tor exit node must not allow
connections to freenode (tor exit node (chat.freenode.net:8000)).
Email tor-kline@freenode.net when corrected.

So is this problem on my side or it's freenode doesn't allow Tor
connections anymore?

You need to use freenode's hidden service with tor and not connect
directly.
