Hi all, I'm writing a script for mIRC that lets me use some server
specific formatting (the server in question uses some special codes
submitted in text to make things work/use a wider range of colours
than standard IRC allows) and I need a little help.

So far, I've managed to get everything working in channels and PMs,
but right now I'm having to limit it to happen in only certain
channels, since I'm on multiple servers in my client. It still happens
in ALL PMs, regardless of whether it's on that server or not. Is there
a way to limit those blocks of the code to run only when connected to
a specific server so PMs on other servers don't get odd code and I can
get rid of the channel checking?

Try $server and $network ->

    if ($network == <name_of_network>) {
        ;dostuff
    }

    if ($server == <address_of_server>) {
        ;dostuff
    }
