I made an IRC server on my Rasberry Pi, I'm new to IRC, and was curios
if I could force myself to be channel OP because I own the server.

As long as you're set up as an IRCop of the server, you should be able
to op yourself. As for how exactly to go about that, I can't tell you
without knowing your IRCd, but you should be able to find instructions
in a readme or in your ircd.conf.

IRCd:

Charybdis: /mode your_nick +p ; /mode #channel +o your_nick

InspIRCd / UnrealIRCd: /samode #channel +o your_nick


Services:

Anope / Atheme: /msg OperServ mode #channel +o your_nick

In unrealircd, you want the oper override flag on your o:line.
