Moving Hexchat to a new computer

Hey, all.

I just received a new computer, and I'd like to transfer all of my
Hexchat settings/history/etc. from my old computer to the new one.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and how I'd do it? I assume
that there's probably a configuration file that could be copied over,
but I'm not sure where it is.

Thanks

Yup, Windows. Sorry about that.

And thanks! I'll give that a shot.
