Anyone know the easiest way I can move my ZNC install to another
machine? I would like to move VPS providers with out having to
reconfigure everything.

I'm pretty sure you can just reinstall ZNC on the new machine and
transfer your .znc directory, which is most likely in the home
directory of whichever user you use to run ZNC.

From the [ZNC wiki](http://wiki.znc.in/FAQ):

> If you'd like to make a backup before, however, you can backup ZNC's
config folder. It is usually located at ~/.znc. You can use tar to
make a backup, like this: tar cfvj znc-backup.tar.gz ~/.znc.

Just did this, as I moved providers as well. Worked flawlessly!
