Using CSV Files

I am having tons of trouble with using csv files for a bot. I have
tried to google it out but I haven't came across anything that has
been working. I need to use it to add and subtract currency to people.
Does anyone know of a link to guide me to a place where I might be
able to figure it out from there?

This is going to look very different depending on which bot framework
/ language you're using.

Are you looking to create something entirely new, or do you already
have a bot you want to add functionality to?

Just to add it to. I am using mIRC scripts to code it.

You'll want to read /help $file in mIRC as well, if you're not
familiar with file manipulation.

Will do. I haven't done much besides simple text commands a a few
other things, so I will look in a minute or two. I really appreciate
the help!
