Hello, I am an IRC enthusiast, and have found some cool channels
before by posting these sort of threads. I mainly like general
chatting channels where people are friendly. I'll get us started.

  # 20s on dalnet (irc.dal.net) - Not just for 20 year olds, lots of
friendly people can be slow during the day at times, but a great group
of people nonetheless, I can't recomend enough :)

What channels are you on, that are just for friendly chat? Let us
know! It's awesome to venture out and find new channels.

I have my own personal Channel as well as quite a fee that I idle on
Cyanide-x. I also have my own IRC server, and since there's only
myself and a couple of other people, I idle in all of those as well
(irc.augden.org). I recommend #KingsofChaos or #Lobby on Cyanide-x.

I don't frequent any specifically general chat channels, but I'm on
#minecraft, #dogecoin, and #powder (all freenode) a lot.

I understand SRS isn't well liked by many, but there is no reason why
people should downvote you for answering what channel/s you are on.
