hey guys,

Every time I try to connect to a reddit chat through
https://kiwiirc.com/client/irc.snoonet.org/#techsupport (for example)

I get a message that says "disconnected from the IRC network" It only
happens with snoonet, any idea's why this is happening?

There was an issue with kiwi, but it's been resolved

I know I posted this solution in your x-post to
[r/techsupport](http://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/), but just in
case anyone else sees this and the problem reoccurs:

If you're having problems connecting with Kiwi IRC, you may use
https://client01.chat.mibbit.com/

Click **Server** and enter **irc.snoonet.org:6667** for non-SSL, or
**:+6697** for a secure (SSL) connection.

Then enter your nick and the channel desired.

Direct URLs to channels using the Mibbit web client can be created by
using **mibbit.com/?channel=%23*channelname*&server=irc.snoonet.org**
