Please can i have help converting this Mirc script to a perl script to
work on hexchat as i am no good with coding or scripting.

on 1:TEXT:*just subscribed!*:#:{
  if ($nick == twitchnotify) { msg $chan sevAwwYeah Whalecum $$1!

You could also try to learn Perl scripting for (He)X-Chat yourself.
