Freenode and BT Internet

It would appear that BT Internet customers are having difficulty
accessing the Freenode network for whatever reason.   A lot of people
are using words like "blocked" and "censored" but I'd prefer to give
BT the benefit of the doubt.

If anyone else is having problems please report here and any possible
solutions.
