Odd error I've been getting for the past two weeks

So the error "Disconnected: recvfrom failed: ECONNRESET (Connection
reset by peer)" is that
I get it on two different IRC clients, I'm on my android phone
bouncing off Verizon towers. It just started in the past two or three
weeks

Someone mentioned that it looked like I was switching towers, would
tower maintenance cause me to keep switching?

This is pretty normal when your connection drops.  If you're just
using your cell phone I'd say it's likely to be common.

It's actually a rather recent problem, only affects IRC too
