Script to convert BMP to colored text on hexchat?

I was wondering if someone has already written some sort of script to
do this already. I want to kind of make a grid like a maze in paint
(which i can save locally as a *.BMP) or some other custom tool and
have either myself or a bot output as text.

I'm talking like a 20x20 grid here, nothing major (although i guess
I'll be spamming 20 lines at once). The reason for this is that you
could do an entire DND setup using just an IRC channel and a dicebot.
If it doesn't exist, i can probably write it.
