I'm quite new to IRC and XDCC so I have some questions for you:

1. Is there a guide that explains how downloading with IRC through
XDCC works?
2. Which is the level of anonymity one can have using IRC? If low, is
there any way to improve it?
3. Which are the risks related to downloading illegal stuff through
IRC?
