Whenever Japanese characters are displayed in my xchat 2 they show up
as blocks. I've tried changing the font. I've tried doing a few
steps on the xchat forums, but I can't get this dang thing rolling.

Any tips? I hate missing out on the sweet emoticons. o(╥﹏╥)o
