Banned for Spam [Virus]

So, apparently, I have a virus that's been turning my PC into a proxy
since November.

I got home from work today to find that I've been banned from Efnet.
When I ran a search on my IP, I found months of spamming. How can I
fix all this? I've never had this happen before.

If antivirus and spyware cleaner don't solve the problem try
completely wiping our your IRC client's installation and reinstalling
a fresh, up to date copy.
