Trying to install a browser based irc client on my website
bummerbit(dot)com to go directly to my irc related page on synirc.

I know that cgi:irc is an option.. but i want to be able to have it
right on the main page.. to the right.. I am revamping the site to be
a 24/7 radio + blog and the irc chan #bummerbitradio on synirc is a
major part of the radio aspect.

any ideas?

You can put qwebirc in a frame, if you want. Not sure that's what you
want.

You can install your own copy that can connect to only your network.
That's what several people have done.

You can also use a Mibbit widget.

Mibbit widget AND qwebirc are both free. Mibbit's comes with ads
though.
