For tablecloth computers, which brand is compatible with FreeBSD?
Someone can help you choose a brand tested in   FreeBSD desktop for
everyday use.

Youre gonna get a little better help asking for a “desktop” in English
just FYI :)

I’m not aware of any good brands in particular but you’re just going
to want to make sure youve got network device drivers and a supported
GPU unless youre getting really nitpicky. Hope that helps!

I've been using desktop computers since 1982, and I've never heard
them referred to as "tablecloth computers" before. I don't think I've
ever sat one on a tablecloth.

Also, you didn't say what the computer would be used for. I'm using a
desktop machine I built as a headless server, I didn't even bother to
check hardware compatibility since *of course it's compatible*. Do you
need high-performance video card support? Sound? Is "everyday use"
referring to games? Or do you mean email and office applications?

You've given us ***no*** detail and you're using bizarre terminology.
You need to be clearer.

"Use of the day to day" tells me nothing more than "everyday use".
WHAT are you going to be doing "day to day"?

I specifically asked if the machine will be be for office
applications, or will you need high-performance video card support,
etc. All you did was respond with a non-answer. It wasn't helpful.

A computer that runs freebsd!
Initially, the computer runs fine until you install a distro like
freebsd. From that fatefull point on, the computer turns into a
*tablecloth* :)
