Is it possible to see the configure options in a installed emacs?

I'd like to see what options were given to `configure` in a pre-
packaged (and installed) emacs. Is that possible?

system-configure-options.  Or just do M-x report-emacs-bug RET and
read through the debug info.

Slight misspell: 'system-configuration-options' (but completion
framework probably does not care :)).
