Didn't "yankpad--active-snippets" work for you?

I don't think so, because \`yankpad--snippets\` was called every time.
Ah I see: it is because of this code here:

\`yankpad-set-local-category\` empties \`yankpad--active-snippets\` :P

The issue is pretty unique to me then! Although \`yankpad-set-local-
category\` seems part of the public API, so it is possible to fall
into that issue.
