I just want to know how i can change the ratio in Latex Org mode.

Do you mean the size of the rendered text vs. normal Org mode text?
Haven’t tried it myself but you could probably do `M-x customize-face`
on the thing you want to change then set the Height property to scale
it. E.g. 0.9 will make it slightly smaller, 1.1 slightly larger.

I am not sure if I understand the question, but my crystall ball tells
me that you need to customize `org-format-latex-options`.
