How to disable flycheck checking during company completion?

A larger `flycheck-idle-delay` may help, but can I disable checking
whenever the company menu is shown? Thanks.

Maybe set it to activate only on save or new line.
(setq flycheck-check-syntax-automatically '(mode-enabled save))
