Amiga Zeus BBS menu Control Codes

Hi,

I am setting up a new Zeus BBS on an Amiga and I am editing the menu's
to customise them for my needs. I can see in the example menus there
are control codes to insert things like the current time and the time
a user has remaining. However these codes don't seem to be documented
in the Zeus manual? Does anyone have a list of the control codes
and/or some documentation?

Possibly a silly question, but would the Zeus control codes and MCI
codes be exclusive to Zeus? Because I have a list of MCI codes and
control codes for my DOS space BBS stuff if that would help

Hi,

I don’t know,  but I was wondering if there was some standard for
these things. What do the codes you have look like?

For Zeus to insert the time into a menu you use: %102d| which gives
you the time in 24hr format. %1 is the current hour, 02d is the 2
digits of the minutes and the | terminates the control code sequence.

I have started to map the all out but I’d really like to know if there
are some proper docs somewhere!

Reading further in the developer documentation and the Arexx
reference, I have seen reference to a separate Control Codes (CC)
reference document, but I haven’t been able to find it yet. If anyone
has a copy or knows where a reference might be that would be great!

Talk to Tim over on his Zeus board called CIA Amiga.
ciaamigabbs.dynu.net:6400 for help or the SysOp over at Dragon's Lair.

they are both running v1.7. I, myself will be starting a Zeus board
too, as soon as I can get my wireless NIC to work on my A1200.
