I am trying to use a dial up modem but I don't have a landline. I
can't get a landline. I have seen those VOIP boxes but it seems that
they only work on modems that are locally connected. Is there any way
to use a dial up modem online without having to pay a ton of money for
some device that can connect it to the internet?
