The two most widely used are Syncterm and Netrunner:

There  are others that work well too, like Qodem and mTelnet. If you'd
like a more authentic DOS experience, Telemate in DOSbox works well. I

It’s also available on iOS / iPadOS for BBSing on the go (and can
optionally sync your directory and call history between devices).
