Mobeous issues. Why am I seeing first picture on Sycnterm when I
should be seeing the 2nd picture? Both are set to 80x25, what have I
done wrong??

if you put data in colum 80 it screws up bbs display sometime there is
a right way to do im not sure how or just delete everything in column
80 if you can

Yep, never put anything in column 80. Only 1 to 79.

It also looks like it's missing a carriage return on line one (with
the 't.h.e'). If you can, have a look at the generated file and see if
it's using a combination of CRs and empty spaces.

How does it look if you use more than 80 cols width?
