Looking for friends of my late father. I couldn't tell you how many lines he had or anything but im just curious if anyone here would remember that or better, if any of his old friends might still be hanging around. His name was terry and he had the nickname of TOTS. (The Only True Sysop). They would have monthly meetings and get togethers. I even remember the conversation of the "world wide web" and how everyone thought that was crazy and would never work. And i know its a slim as hell chance of some 70+ year old man seeing this and raising an eyebrow but I've seen some crazy things happen on reddit. I'm close to 40 and was just old enough to play around in the pre-web days on local BBS systems from my parents' computer. It was mostly l33t scene for me back then (I ran Strontium 90 and Toolshed BBS in the 909).
