There is a mystic config executable, have you tried that already?

Ok...dumb question, this is your bbs,or one you've telnetted into?

Assuming that this is your bbs, and you have access to the file
system...from a command prompt, while in your bbs's root directory,
type mystic.exe -cfg. That launches the config system.
