I put my first BBS up in 1987 and called it "Spitting Image" because
I loved the TV show and because it was no diff from any other BBS out
there.

I ran my BBS on EBBS and Ivory. It's still listed on BBS Mates under
area code 902 but I think BBS Mates is down now, sadly.

Also, I had 32 members, not 3 like the listing displays.

I'll attach a screen-cap. Took it years ago thinking the site may go
down, and of course it did. The year is wrong tho. I first put it
online in 1987. Yea, that was my nick back then and "Mariner" was my
brother. Heh.

I was Lucy's lab partner for one term at Dartmouth High in 1988, may
have bee 87. I forget exactly. Anyway I was just talking to her about
that recently on Twitter.

Weird about the Dartmouth thing and I can't help you with the BBS
issue. It's been so long and I haven't dabbled with them since the mid
nineties. I wish BBS Mates was still up. Damn.

Attached a screenshot. People normally don't believe me when I tell
them the story. Hah.

I attached a scan of her yearbook pic. Haha. Typical Lucy. She is the
total opposite of her character. Well, at least she was back then.

Thanks for the site recommendations. I may check them out. Would be
odd getting back into the BBS scene.
