I give him props for this, if it's true. But this revelation might not sit well with the general public, specifically those that are not tech enthusiasts. I am also a fan of punk and am fond of him as a personality because of his band. And lastly he is a "local" boy in the sense that we are both from Texas, so I feel a little kinship there. But I can not let any of those points interfere with my evaluation of him as a candidate. So far I have found very little in his policy stance that I disagree with, although that might be because there are very few things he has taken a hard line on. But I am fearful that his inexperience leaves him unprepared for the cut throat power dynamic at the top of our government structure. I think that he has the youthful passion that could really unite a lot of people, and if he is able to disarm the republican base and welcome them into a discussion on the inequalities we _all_ face then he has my support, though not necessarily my vote. I have a few friends that agree with /u/travisjd2012. They like some things about him but they are still on the Bernie train. I fear that they invested so much in Bernie last cycle that they are unwilling to fairly evaluate other candidates.
