Anyone remember the name of this ezine?

So I have been racking my brain and cant seem to remember. Does anyone
remember the name of the big ezines that were generally geared toward
H/A/V/C? Specifically, I am trying to find one that was coded in
Pascal and had a song called Raster that played when you executed it.
I need to find that song it has been in my head for weeks.

Edit:
I believe the song was a MOD or S3M type of song. In each edition
there was a game like tetris and a game like breakout (depending upon
the issue) and in order to get to some articles you would have to get
a certain score or get to a certain level.

Got it it was RCN (Reality Check Network) the song file was raster.rad

I can sympathize, I've been trying to remember the name of this warez
zine around 1995 during the height of Razor 1911 vs GENESiS
competition, but nothing comes to mind.
