15 seconds to 43 minute and 45 seconds, then also from 44 minutes 11
seconds to 1 hour 22 minutes and 52 seconds. The first duration is
43:45 - :15 = 43:30, the second duration is 1:22:52 - 44:11 =
38:41.ffmpeg -ss 11 -i talk.mkv -codec copy -t 43:30 talk-part1.mkv
ffmpeg -ss 44:11 -i talk.mkv -codec copy -t 38:41 talk-part2.mkvAll
three programs (ffmpeg, vlc and mplayer) are available for windows,
mac and linux.
