Misplaced option

I just compiled and installed a new lazarus IDE. Everything is fine
until I realized I was missing something. You know when you hover over
a method or type and get the hint window? Well, in that window is the
path to the parent file where the object is defined. In my old version
this was a hyperlink that I could click. THAT's what is missing.

What option, package, or switch have I missed to get that hyperlink
back? It's funny how you don't notice how often you use a feature
until it's gone.

You need the package TurboPowerIProDsgn  (mind the Dsgn at the end)
