Is it possible to lock highlighter in Lazarus IDE lazarus / 9-Editor ---------------------------------------------------------------------- vangli · 2018-09-18 07:35 Hi In a project I use some HTML templates which I parse in a Lazarus/Freepascal CGI application. Those templates have the extension ".tmpl", and I find it very convenient to include those templates in the project file. However, every time I open the project I has to re- enable the HTML syntax highlighter found by right clicking in the file and chose "File Settings/Highlighter/HTML". Is it a way to set an option in the project or the IDE in such a way that those files are automatically HTML syntax highlighted? Ubuntu 16.04/18.04 - Lazarus 1.8.4 - FPC 3.04 Best regards Bent ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Pascal · 2018-09-18 09:25 Open Tools/Options... Locate Editor/Display/Colors Change to "HTML document" and add ";thtml" in the editable combobox Press "OK" I didn't try it myself but maybe this works. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- vangli · 2018-09-18 10:28 Superb. It works. Probably the only place I haven't looked. Thanks a lot.
